Rules

• Any tattoos and/or piercings must only be done on attendees 18+. Exhibitors will be responsible for their own ID checking and provide their own waivers/paperwork.
• Thy Geekdom Con does not provide any supplies necessary for tattooing and piercing. Exhibitors will need to provide their own distilled water, sharps containers, paper towels, etc.
• Exhibitors will be responsible for the cleanliness of their booth and the sanitation of their tools and area.
• Exhibitors will also be responsible for their own sharps container that must be monitored at all times.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the safe removal of any hazardous waste from their booth each day.
• Any Exhibitor that applies for a tattoo/piercing table must be able to provide insurance and bloodborne pathogen training certificate upon request.
• Thy Geekdom Con is to be held harmless in the event of any illness, injury, or death that may occur from the process of tattooing or piercing. Any issues that arise from body modifications that were received during the convention will solely be the responsibility of the participating Studio/Artist.
